Has anyone ever heard of an Carr "overstrike" getting a 70? We have an owl and a centennial token in this thread getting 70's but no '64 Peace...

Tell me about it. Sometimes I think their Carr labels are already preprinted MS69 for high grade examples and MS64 for bulk handled. TC
