Acually, looking at it again, I think it is a slight MAD (not adding to the value) and it is the plastic that is making it look damaged. I agree...
Those are not dimes, they are three cent nickels. I can't tell too much about them form the pics, but they are ones you want to hang on to.
It has good detail, but what looks like damage at 12 o'clock is going to hurt the grade I think.
