BU is brilliant uncirculated. Silver Roosie is a Roose Elton dime from 1946 to 1964 when they were produced.
Full torch is for Roosevelt and Full Bands for Mercury dimes. For Roosevelt, PCGS I think requires both sets of upper and lower horizontal bands...
