I had to change that in my original post. If I don't resubmit by the expiration date the coin will grade like it was raw.
What they said that if the coin will consider raw as far as grading purposes if you re-submit after the expiration. They did say the grade...

That's where I am at XF40 maybe XF45. The photograde shows luster in AU.

What would you grade that coin? In the Redbook MS60 is $130 and MS63 is $225.
