I dont think that it will grade due to the scratch and spot on the obverse, but maybe AU58 because of the imperfections.

It looks like there is damage on the obverse on the cheek, and on the reverse on the tip of the arrows and on the first L in "DOLLAR"
The CC appears to be damaged, but the grade would be G-6. Because it is damaged, maybe around $40-50 As for the '21 I would say around a VF-25....
