The seller has quite a few legitimate coins for sale so either they don't know much about coins or they don't care.

A good rant that needs to be heard. eBay listings are unendated with face value coins claiming to be worth a premium because of no mint mark.
I guess the mint has to pay for producing the cent somehow. It costs over 3 cents each to make them.
