I doubt it would go for a MS64.There are many contact marks on the cheek. It is still a nice coin.

looks way too sharp to be a 1922..
My feeling is that you should have this coin certified to ensure that it is a genuine 1889-CC. The rim may be an issue, and maybe it is cleaned....
Walking Liberty Half in MS63/64. A beautiful design.
Based on my grading guide, I would say it is Fine.
Most Iowa Commems are MS60 and above. If the coin has an XF40 or better grade with no significant dinging, it's a good deal.
How about a nice early commem? Like a MS64 Hawaii commem, as long as it is certified by NGC or PCGS. Commems are down right now.
