It definitely isn't a DDO (Doubled Eye), and it is very hard to tell from those photos if that is the base of the 2 peeking out from the lower...

I agree that this coin is borderline MS63/64, but the photos make the luster seem very good so I went high, MS64.
Thanks for catching that before a whole bunch of people voted, I have fixed it.
