Looks like an AU55PL. It appears to have lived in a bank bag, which is why it would be AU but still prooflike.
Well, most of you were right- it's a 63! Next time, I'll try to be more careful with the pictures. These were taken on my computer, and it's hard...

Probably a MS62+. My grading standards would bump the obverse down to a 61, but the reverse is a solid 64.
