The Roosevelt dime design has always been solid. The new Jefferson nickel is atrocious.

I think part of the reason Roosevelt is also on the dime is that he founded the March of Dimes. That being said - same design for 72 years!
I collect commemoratives and presented at a coin club meeting. Upgrading these to 66 levels make a lot of sense.
See if there is a coin show nearby. You will see more variety and learn and see coins that may catch your eye.
Generally, I would not buy mint products until a few years after the mint date. That is what I am doing when buying these.
