In your case, the gasket was the only thing that wasn't cracked. The PO did a bang up job with the slab.
The slab wasn't cracked. I actually used this coin as the subject of a photo contest. There were close to 30 participants located in over 20...
The gasket just stabilizes the coin so it doesn't rattle around in the slab. It's not urgent to have it repaired, but if you ever plan on selling,...
