Here's a pile of Barbers (dimes, quarters and halves): [IMG]
silver quarters are the best. My last good coinstar find was a 64 Washington.
I'm also in the MS65 group.
I see too much chatter on the chin/cheekbone and Monticello's portico. I give it a straight MS65.
And a bit of cynicism too. Mainly because I became a City Planner instead of a Wall Street tech wizard. Excuse me while I take this call with...
Back on topic: silver dropped back to $13.71 as of right now from the $13.60 to $14.20-ish movement just yesterday. Oh well. I bet some...
here are all my Seated liberty coins (photos are subpar, but I did them quick): 1882 dime - got it in junk silver [IMG] [IMG] 1854 & 1856...
From yesterday: $40 CWR nickels - keepers were 45-S, 53-S, 54-S and a decent looking 2004-D Keelboat lowball (VG/G). $10 BWR cents - keepers...

Exactly my point. Thanks for providing photographic representation. Ultra high relief is the only way these designs are going to work, but...
I think the Ellis Island design will look good in coin and possibly the Indiana. But the rest will likely be too 'busy' to look differentiated in...
Found $0.58 US in various change (quarter, dimes, nickels and cents) at the grocery store coinstar today. I'll take it.
My best find so far was an UNC 50-D Jefferson nickel and second best was an EF 50-D Jefferson nickel.
I generally direct family specifically to silver proof sets or ASEs. Hard to mess up an ASE purchase and I will always welcome an ounce of silver.
They are similar in theme, but completely different in design detail. From looking at the two designs, they are no discernible shared design...
At the coinstar at my grocery store, I found a 64 quarter, 68 CAD nickel and a crusty US cent. Pretty happy with the quarter - love free silver.
