we have a lot of central banks around here in Missouri, I think they get their new coinage from federal reserve bank in st louis.

Its always going to be hard to find a good coin that is defective from the mint, that is what makes them harder to find.

You should research that, there are different ones. its a moot point. but coating and substrate can be analyzed non destructive. your assumption...
