I have several at MS66, they are common and have a stronger strike. Look at the detail in the hair and the lack of steps.
MS64 no full steps, the luster looks nice but the strike is weak.
If it has rub (slight wear) on the coins high spots, I would say AU55 ish. If it has no wear, I would say MS61/62 ish. Hard to tell from the pics...
