I think everything you're seeing on this coin are the results of a worn die and PMD. There may be a die chip by the O in George.

It's going to be hard to give you a definite answer without better pics. Try taking some shots through a loupe. We need clearer images.
That's true , but only on clad coins. The heat will cause gasses to bubble up the clad layer. I don't think that's possible for 90% silver though....
That looks like a plating blister(corrosion), there's another one on Abe's shoulder.
I believe these should have a copy stamp as they are considered legal tender so the seller is breaking the law there. Then putting them in US Mint...

I think this is a fake. It looks like a obverse #1 which would be wrong for the date.
If it's a fake it would have fooled me.
