That's a regular business strike Zincoln. A satin finish should weigh about 3.11 grams. The likelyhood of it being a DDR-010 is pretty slim.
If the satin finish means these are mint set coins then finding one of those in circulation would be about as rare as findind a DDR. Of course...
There's a much easier way. If it has a mintmark it's the collector version. No mintmark, it's a bullion version.
