Guess as many times as you want. Hint: the correct number is somewhere between $21.23 and $21.25. See how many guesses it takes you. :)
Patra, the reverse you posted is without-a-doubt, 100% postively a wide AM.
That's too much work. Some kind soul should make a spreadsheet.:) $22. 67
Just being a member here makes you a nerd. :playful:
In this case the OP is asking about Lincoln cent transitional varieties. CAMs and WAMs. To the OP yours looks like a normal reverse for '92, so...
Damaged D
$9.99 1/2
I know, for myself, I wouldn't mind a bit getting something outside of what I normally collect. In fact I'd welcome it. That's what presents are...
You're aware that the '55 is a Bugs Bunny variety?
And if that was his only intention, of course an apology would be in order. That pic of the reverse looks awfully familiar though.........
My post was relating to the multiple threads the OP has started claiming this coin is a CAM. I didn't think I was chunking rocks.
You misunderstood my comment. By handle I meant his user name. Dr_Satan.:wideyed:
It's the obverse die that's capped. The obverse design is the one that's becoming more distinct.
Minor grease filled die, so technicaly an error but not worth any more than 10 cents. Did you happen to notice the sellers handle? I'd be skeptical.
Nice pilgrim Skyman!
I'd try to ID them first before you try any type of cleaning. Not the other way around.
Maybe had a few too many at the VFW? Look at it again today and see if it still looks the same.:) Seriously though, I don't see anything like you...
What makes you think it was damaged at the mint and not in circulation? Not that it really matters.
No matter how many times you post it , it's still not going to change the fact that it's a WAM. Give it up.
The term broadstrike means struck without the collar. It can be centered or off center.
Separate names with a comma.
