I don't think that's a clash mark. There's nothing but field on the reverse in that area. The only clash marks I see are the mark by the headband...

Interesting. Some of those lines look like die cracks. In particular the one from the ribbon to the base of the bust. It's also a clashed die....

That one is a close AM. A different reverse than the one you posted in your first post.
The coin is in a hard plastic capsule sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. You can't remove the capsule without destroying the package but...
