In fact no coins, regular coins meant for circulation or SMS coins, were struck with mint marks during the years of 1965-67.

At least some, if not all SMS sets were minted in San Francisco. Here is an earlier Coin Talk thread form 2014...
There were both regular and SMS issues from 1965-67. ALL the coins from those years were plain. There were no D or S mint marks.
I agree. Ownership always adds 1 or 2 points. I don't believe it is SMS, but it's really difficult to really tell by the photos.
