What a joke........no way that's a 64. Looks at least 65/6 to my eyes.
It would be cheaper to buy one already graded. It would cost $20-$30 to send it in for grading. The premium on your coin is less than a dollar....

It does have a slight pink cast to it. This 1964 is PR67. [IMG]
This isn't a 1964 I know, but this is one of the few I have that aren't colorful. This is a PR68 cameo for comparison to yours. [IMG]
Nice looking and definitely a proof. The vast majority of these, at least going by the PCGS pop report, grade out as PR68 worth about $17....
