Interesting thread thus far. Like I stated, it was sold as a proof but it didn't look like any of the proof nickels I had seen from the 60's before.
That looks like a compelling argument for it being a proof.

Based on that proof and others I see, I'm going with Business strike presently.
I think it does as well.. That little area seems more like shadow than problem.

It's at least a 5 FS for sure. It flirts with 6 I just can't tell if that is a 'real' something on that last step or not. I'd be happy with a 67...
