Beautifully toned BN copper can and do command nice premiums. Especially top pop grades. I’m not a bit tempted by this coin at that price though.

That looks like a Secure Plus Cert, which was the precursor to the Gold Shield. In looking on the Cert page it does show the old Secure plus scan....
The reverse toning is good for a 5.3, but the obverse brings it down to a net 5 for me. Not quite as nice as the blue reverse 1886.
