Nice coin, I dont own one yet. They are common.
Beautiful coins.
Only found this: This type was probably struck for Augusts' visit to Colonia Patricia, c. 15 - 14 B.C."
All three coins are very nice. I have thought about adding a gordian denarius just cause they are affordable but then I think..."Why?. I am sick...
It is possible, no way of knowing :/
Exactly. I see too many more worn then this and I just ignore them, but this had at least some recognizable profile. It has a section of waviness...
I remember you mentioning that when I bought it. I got it as soon as it was listed. I love it still :)

They are my least favorite type of coin to own but I would never rule out owning one if the coin is rare and its the only way I could afford one.
Eventually I would like to get a set of these. I know they are affordable. I especially like the liberty ones. Very nice.
Great finds. I rarely find $1 silver certificates anymore. Used too alot in the 80s.
Coin looks OK to me too. Usually dont see bronze disease develop on a fake often.
Well centered and lovely coin in general. Eagle really is nice on it compared to others ive seen.
Ive had those adventures too. Im currently on another with a single roman empress set I am building. 2 out of 3 are available but I dont wanna pay...
Wow, lovely!
Nice additions Doug. I wish I could afford big silver greeks too & I would gladly add yours, scratches and all.
Thats a good idea. Some of the seateds were prettier then the one chosen.
