If all the working dies were made from the same HUB, the reverses would technically all look the same. I don't know how many working hubs were used.
There's no doubt that is an exact MM placement for the S no VDB. I guess the focus is only on the reverse. And it doesn't seem to line up either....

This is the common reverse for 1959 Philly and proof.
I am not seeing the secondary S. Maybe it is just the photos but the top of the S should be protruding to the right not just the bottom curve....
@Insider I have never heard of oiling a red coin. Is that copper spot related or just a coin that was soaked in acetone or xylene too long
