The MM is too low to be 12, and too low to be 002. Are the die markers there for 001?
I think there is some evidence of the clash on the obverse. But, it looks as if the die was polished some to try and remove the evidence.
@John Burgess the Y clash and partial T in the memorial bays make this one evident that the dies clashed.
