Looks like a fantasy coin of some sort. Constantine coins dont have that kind of reverse. Plus the metal looks all wrong.
I have two bronzes with wax on it. I agree it is terrible to try and take pics of, but I have kept the wax on them cause I am somewhat afraid...

For artistry I would say greeks. I wish I could afford more greeks, especially in silver. But from a historical standpoint, I lean towards Roman....
