Really hard to tell, there is lots of deterioration and circulation. I don't see the die marker between O and D. (006) I am leaning more towards 008.
Even a weakly struck coin has luster on the highpoints. I think that breaks in the luster is very basic and to the point.
There is still plenty of hype over these W's. They may sell for that now. But also think of the time to post it to ebay, then deal with the buyer...
