If @Ken Dorney and others think it is cast, then, by all means, trust their judgement. It most likely is!
I would like to see the reverse. Using just this one image, I do not think it is cast.
That's about how I felt (and still do). I just needed to occupy my mind and coins along with attribution and history does that for a short while....
