What did this VDB grade??
You can buy PCGS-style from aliexpress (china) for cheap.
Just print off 2 submission sheets. In the box that says "Total submission forms in this package" put 2.
A vast majority are ungraded, but those are probably MS67-69. I agree that paying $22 to slab a coin worth $20 doesn't make any sense.
