Clearly album toning. The 1911 would grade but the 1916 has about a 50% shot on a good day. I'm leaning toward no. It looks cleaned/retoned.

Probably album toning but there is a private "mint set" with the coins set in white cardboard that produces this color as well.
Almost has the appearance of an encased coin. Those rims are strange.
His description says it involves no chemicals, heat, or anything applied to the coin's surface. Sounds like an envelope you put your coin in....
