This one is dated 1942, but it's the same type as the '37. Also struck in 1939. '39+'37 mintage of 500k each, '42 10million.
Listed in the 5th edition and the new German Coins catalog as a 2 Gulden not a thaler.

Top coin looks like Colombian Inflationary coinage. 1, 2 or 5 peso depending on size.
