You guys are forgetting one branch mint... Manila. It didn't coin actual US Currency, but it was an official branch of the US Mint.
And then a seller that I don't know lists something that I feel that I have to have. Then what?
It's a good show, they do it every month and it seems to attract quite a few dealers. 2 Rooms, seems like about 40 dealers or so....
With the rim hit and the scratches, I think it's a 62, maybe a 63. I would not be shocked if it got a Details or Genuine grade.

Acetone won't hurt your Silver coins, I can't speak for copper/brass. I use it on most any Silver coin I get my mitts on, removes PVC residue...

Turns out it's a die clash. Threw me off because you normally see evidence of them on the obverse, but it is indeed a clash.
