The Evanson restrikes were die struck, this appears to be one of the common cast replicas.
No vinegar, pure acetone won't hurt the coin but may remove the gunk.

Exactly what information are you looking for? Your coins all appear to be common circulated coins, mostly with damage.

Sounds like you have a normal 1944 cent minted in San Francisco. Value would only be a few cents unless in high grade.
