Ya'll are right in the ballpark. ANACS gace this one a G4, LG Motto, rotated dies. Nearly 180 degrees. I will post a photo later if needed.
I put the coin under the lens one more time, these will not show the error though. Just better in detail. I missed a setting last evening....

The motto is pretty tough from photos, easier in hand. The other reason I bought it was for the error. It's fairly easy to see in the photos.
