There's a difference between what a coin is worth and what you, as the owner, would sell it for. Obviously, no one would sell it for face... it...

Well, my LCS sells common date low grade buffs for fifty cents... but in reality, your coin isn't worth much over face. Still, a nice coin to keep...
I'm not a "large cent guy", but I'm pretty sure that's a scan with the color way off. When I was selling copper, I would always adjust the color...
