I dooooo, but it list proofs from 1950s onwards. So I thought maybe the mint started producing proof cents only from 1950s.

Is lincoln cents without a mint mark considered proof or that's Phialadelphia mint?
Are the 1813 1822s cleaned? I still have difficulty identifying cleaned coins.
