I have a bunch of them. I use them as tips at the golf course. They are not worth any more than a dollar.

A one inch binder will hold about ten pages of coins in 2 X 2's. That's 200 coins. I don't stand them up, I lay them flat.

Nothing wrong with an acid date coin. It is in fact a 16-S. Great find.
I would think that the ghosting on the reverse should impact the grade. I consider it to be defective. Just my opinion.
