I am no expert on these coins but I would be concerned about it being genuine. These are very heavily counterfeited.

Definitely in a bezel, it is most likely the bezel that is magnetic.
Checking ebay, undamaged circulated examples seem to go for a dollar or two. I would think a damaged one would be substantially less.

I can clearly see the US in trust on the obverse and in pluribus on the reverse. I don't see any missing letters.
