the person on ebay was most likely trying to trick people into bidding making them think it was rare. You can buy coins from your bank or order...
is the imaged indented or raised? it is hard to tell from the pictures. most likely damage

70 in bank rolled halves got me 3 silver 1 1968 and .......... 2 franklins !!! i was like YES!!! a 1952 and 1954 both D.
can't tell if it's small or large date but not much value either way unfortunately and i definitely wouldn't grade it

look at the guy's feedback all his coins are definitely cleaned, i personally bought from and he claimed that "details" means that he suspected it...
