The B being cut off is more of a strike thing, depending on the centering of the strike and size of the planchet. The obverse is 12, you got it....
Definitely Large. There are no large date over small date 1982's.

Excellent. On Fugios I usually nail down the obverse first to narrow down the possible reverse, I have more trouble with the reverses on these....
