This will go to NGC..........anything near 63 or above I will be very pleased and I don't mind saying how much I paid on this one: £32 plus £6.72p...
Not sure where you got those prices from but Canadian Coin News trends at $3200 for MS60, $5,500 MS62 and $9,000 for MS63...no trend for a 64.
Very expensive though. Will cost me $140 to get this graded. $100 Fed ex back to the UK and $40 for expedited grading, admin, etc.....if it comes...
[ATTACH]Any ideas of grade please folks? [ATTACH]
For Canadian coins NGC and PCGS don't have credibility ICCS does. That does not mean I am not a fan of NGC as I use them every month, just not for...
I didn't send it to ICG. I have to send it to ICCS as they are the most conservative graders for Canadian decimals.
Coin n hand, better scans [ATTACH][ATTACH][ATTACH]

I now own this coin: obverse 4 nodded 6 and I think an MS63 trends at $9,500. Will send to ICCS and see what the result is.
Glad to have caused some interest anyway.
Nice that a moderator has chipped in now after the slanging match of personal attacks when sales are mentioned........Capitalism eh....don't ban me!
Yes, that was somewhat distracting from the point. I think you are outnumbered frankstony but a good fight it was. Looks like it will be consigned...
Well my coin feels very important after causing such controvery and ill will. Not that I had any offers, even low ballers.
As Canadian authorities appear sparce on the ground.....another forum confirmed the rarer obverse 4......MS62+
Can someone tell me if this is obverse 4 or 5 please as there is quite a difference in value. Also, told it was into MS, perhaps only...
Think I get it now.......oh well keep looking eh.....thanks, marbury
I keeping quiet on the flames........but as the one I posted above has a foot touching the ground and is slabbed by PCGS as the three and a half...
I am not an authority on US coins and if the coin is not a 1936-D three and a half leg, I accept that. However, I have found one slabbed by PCGS...
Here's a slabbed one by PCGS from e-bay......and it appears I won't be retiring just yet. [ATTACH]
