I agree with the 64 grade but there is not enough detail in the images to see much about the steps.

I look at auction prices and adjust based on the look of the coin. Pretty coins are worth more than ugly coins.

The OP coin is a normal looking 1968-S cent. No cleaning, polishing or lacquer. It would grade about MS-63. That makes it worth about 1 cent....
