i was not trying it's not a deep scratch. you can see the bubble without and help but the scrach you would need the scope

Well there is only 1 MS69 FOR PGCS and none for ngc and to get 1grade higher would make this coin worth around 7k according to PGCS

yes it is still in the cello I have all so found 76 quarter with what looks like missing clad layer spots by the U,E,U and on the left arm...
it does not go into the field i was thinking it was minor thanks
