A giveaway its PMD is that the letters are sunken in and not raised.

What does the SMS stand for then in the grade? Its a mint set from 2005 the first year they released the satin finished coins in mint sets.

I wouldn't say that much look at the completed auctions I linked up above.
I'd say go ahead and keep them, its a 21 cent inventment, but with the numbers minted, don't expect much from them in our lifetimes.
I'd say around $10 or so. Maybe a little less than that....
