I would not buy the OP coin without better images. An ugly coin is not worth 2K. A pretty one is. The images are not very helpful.

Sonic cleaners will create rub on the surfaces of the coin. You would need to find a way to suspend the coin so it could not rub anything....

I don't believe it's a proof but have seen a few 1905s that would fool a person. I have one that even fooled ANACS years ago.
