The image is shot at an angle and is not in focus enough to see any doubling. Where are you seeing it?
What makes this tough to learn are all the different types of doubling. It's a long list.
Easy answer. Those with the knowledge to understand what true doubling is. That's not something a person can learn without a lot of study.
