I would recommend to take it out and stick it in an airtite I doubt that paper is archival grade and that plastic worries me a little lol
Most definately doesn't have the original patina a vg slq would have. Either way its still worth melt
Don't do anything to it unless you want a details grade!!!! If you can fork out the cost to submit it to be graded plus the shipping and the risk...
