yes they have an s,also the price of the coin was 23 dollars,but i said i wouldnt pay that cause it didnt have the card from the grading company...

it says ns-ngc-ms69 thats all that it says on the front covers on the back it says proof,thier isnt a spot ,fingerprint,scratch or anything wrong...
