BQ, the early die state O-136 (prior to the mis-placed date being lapped off of the die)is quite rare--at least R-5+ and possibly an R-6 in and of...
Check JR-1, rather than JR-5. One thing it definitely isn't is JR-7 and from the pic I don't think it is the "high 3" of the 5 and 7.
No desire to own any of the 3 mentioned...however, if found the 09S--would bring more money when immediately put up for sale.

If the obverse cracks are there then it is almost assuredly the plain edge. I might still crack it out though and resubmit as VF 35 is IMO too...

It is O-102. When first looking I was hoping for O-101, a strong R-5+ which used the same reverse die.
