What factors restrict a proof from grading PF70 everytime? Toning? How often do you see a proof with a hit or a rim ding? Just wondering. Thanks.

Acetone will get the glue off. When they stamped those, they usually glued them to cards that talked about similarities between Lincoln and Kennedy.
